Supplier Usage Guide

I love to share my photographs far and wide through wedding suppliers like YOU, so I’m always happy for wedding industry colleagues to use my photographs freely. This has repaid me many times over from the many suppliers who love my work and recommend me to couples, so please do feel free to recommend me if you like my work and think my style would be a good match for your clients.

Please observe the following conditions for free use of the photos.

The wedding photographs remain the copyright of the photographer. My contract with the couple grants them a licence for personal use of the photographs. This allows sharing with family and friends, posting on social media and creating prints etc.

In addition to this licence I am happy for fellow wedding suppliers to use my photographs freely on social media, your website, blog or printed brochure.

  • Please do not change the appearance of the photograph. Do not apply filters or change a colour photograph to black and white.
  • Please do not use photographs of children.
  • Do not pass the photographs on to a third party
  • In return for free use of the images a credit must be given.

Where a photograph of mine is used on social media please tag me as appropriate for the platform. Leave a clear mention with redirection to where my work can be found in the caption. Do not bury this in the hashtags on Instagram or in a comment attached to the post on Facebook.
