Syon Park is one of my favourite wedding venues, so I was very happy when Christine and Michael asked me to photograph their big day. The wedding ceremony took place in the beautiful Great Hall and continued into the warm summer evening in the spectacular Great Conservatory.
I joined Catherine in the morning at the Cranley Hotel for a couple of hours as she prepared for her wedding in nearby Notting Hill at the wonderfully historic Sunbeam Studios. The Grade ll listed building was once home to the Sunbeam Talbot Motor Company and was actually the first purpose-built car factory in Britain.
There was a great buzz in London on a mild and sunny New Year's eve as I headed into the City for Yuji and Stephen's wedding at Banking Hall, a fantastic venue in the heart of London's financial district, just across the road from the Bank of England.
10-11 Carlton House Terrace is home to The British Academy, it's an elegant venue overlooking St. James's Park in the heart of London. This was my first visit and it was a pleasure to discover a new wedding venue and an even greater pleasure to be asked to photograph Bobby and Adam's lovely winter wedding.
Hampton Court House is a beautiful venue situated on the edge of Bushey Park. I've photographed a few weddings just across the road at Hampton Court Palace, but it really was a joy to discover Hampton Court House. The day started with heavy rain, but thankfully it gave way to beautiful sunshine after the ceremony.
Caroline and Neil's vision for their wedding was for a day that was traditional and relaxed where everyone would have good fun. They definitely succeeded!
